At DanielGotSkillz, we want you to love your new clothes! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we offer hassle-free returns within a generous time frame. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy below.

Return Window:

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must still have all original tags and labels attached.

Return Reasons:

• Sizing issue: We understand getting the right size can be tricky. You can return an item for a different size, subject to availability.
• Damaged or faulty item: In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@e6media.com and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.

What cannot be returned?

• Items that are worn, washed, or damaged.
• Items without original tags and labels attached.
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
• Sale items (unless marked otherwise).

Return Process:

1. Initiate your return: To initiate a return, please email us at info@e6media.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label (for exchanges within the US only) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
2. Pack your return: Carefully repack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Ship your return: Ship the package back to us using the provided return label or a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
• Your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to credit the refund to your account.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return email.
• We will process the exchange as soon as we receive your return and the desired size/color is in stock.
• If the desired size/color is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
